What is it: Make a difference in your life by committing to be fit! Each day of the challenge, you will earn points based on healthy lifestyle choices, such as the amount of minutes you exercise or the amount of fruits and vegetables you consume. If you hit certain point totals throughout the wellness challenge, you will be entered to win some great prizes!

How Do I Earn Points? 1 point for every 10 minutes of physical activity (must be moderate-to-vigorous in intensity) 1 point each day for eating 2+ servings of fruit 1 point each day for eating 2+ servings of vegetables 1 point every day for successfully completing the healthy habit challenge of the week. How Do I Keep Track of Points?Click Here to print out the official scorecard. You do not need to use the scorecard if you have a different way to track your points. The scorecard never gets turned in. It is for your reference only.
How Do I Submit My Points? Every Monday, you will receive an email. Click on the link in the email and complete the form to submit your points. It’s very easy!
How Do I Win? There are 3 ways to win: 1. Earn 38 points or more in a week and you will be entered in a drawing for a weekly prize. Two weekly prizes will be given out each week of the program. 2. Earn 300 or more points by the end of the challenge and you will be entered in a drawing for the grand prizes (If you earn 600+ points, your name gets entered twice). 3. Be one of the first 30 participants to earn 300 points and you will be entered in a special drawing for a fitbit alta!
